I's needs me some tars

35" 15x8's high mileage capable with decent offroad meat. The Trxus were/are horrid in the wear department. BFG MT's and Toyo Open country MT's are a couple recommendations I've been given for a good 40k miles. What about grabber's or dunlops? I didn't care much for the Wrangler MTR's and their cost puts them kinda behind BFG.

I'd go with what you have listed. BFGs have always got good wear for me.

I LOVED my 35x12.50 BFG Mud's Wouldn't hesitate to ever buy them again.

Ran them on my YJ on a 15x8 wheel no problems, and on my Waggie stock 15x7 wheel and loved them

Firestone destination M/T are suppose to wear really well. I personally had a set of wild country Radial RVTs that had tons of traction, lasted forever with lots of pavement use, and they were cheap.

weird. my BFG M/T's work great, but wear like crap. less than a year (about 10-15,000 miles) and they're bald. my kumho's on the other hand have about 20,000 on them and still have 1/2 thread, and my goodyear mt/r's actually got sold with almost 30,000 miles on them and still had 1/4 thread on them.
