I just went to the local funeral home, and informed the owner that if he cremated his "customers" 94% of the way, he would save money, and the ashes and fingers would both fit in the urn! But he should advertise that he cremates people 100% of the way!!!!!!

I bet the family of the dead people will be pretty fucking ignorant after this one

I just called the local hospital, and informed the doctor that he should tell his patients he removed 100% of the cancer, but he should only remove 94% of it, because it takes less time, and its easier to tell them that he removed it all!

OH THOSE IGNORANT PATIENTS!!!!

Yes, having the information at your fingertips, discussed on offroad message boards all over the interweb and STILL buying something is ignorant.

Here, this didnt take long.

I'm done for now. But seriously, you bought these purely off advertisement alone? I mean you would probably be the first person to call someone out for buying something and believing the advertisement.

Do you buy a new car based on what the manufacturer tells you? Or do you ask around?

That took me all of 10-15 minutes. In that SHORT time frame you could have saved yourself all of this hassle, but apparantly the rest of us are the ignorant ones right?

you found 10 bad incidents out of TENS OF THOUSANDS of sales of IROKS. You're still missing the point.

But thanks for finding those threads.

I think his point was that very few people didn't know what they were getting because everyone else did research. :tonka:

No I am not missing the point, I spent less then 6% effort in looking to see if people were satisfied with their purchase. 94% of what I found said the tire only measured 94% of its advertised size. By not being ignorant I saved myself 100% of the headache.

If I wanted to I could have put only 6% of the effort into the purchase by looking them up online, buying them and then having 100% of the headache for only 94% of the product.

So what your saying is the 2 months of headache was worth being a lazy bastard?

or are you just a queen?

UH OH, Somebody gave my product a bad review!!

http://www.amazon.com/review/product...owViewpoints=1

I bet 100% of the people should believe what this idiot is saying, then myself or the manufacturer!!!!

I also read a complaint about the new dodge rams, I guess their windshields are made of sugar and water, and when it rains, they dissolve into nothing.

But Dodge says they're made of glass. WHO DO I BELIEVE?

So, if you think about 40,000 IROK tires out there, probably WAY more, and 10 bad reviews, Thats equivalent to me not buying something from pavementpounder if he had 1 bad review.

show me 10 reviews that say they DO measure 37"

I couldnt find any.

Just because someone didnt complain doesnt mean their 37 didnt measure 35.

*edit* I recant. Show me 5 Reviews in the same amount of time I searched 10-15 minutes. Where someone bought the 37 irok you bought where it DID measure 37.

Seriously, if you can not find one review that says " wow these 37 iroks are awesome they measure a perfect 37" why would you buy them?

Again I didnt see any. Or I would have posted it for you.

If people don't complain about them, then I just have the manufacturer specs to go off.

It all comes down to, the manufacturer falsely advertises, and I called them out, and won.

Its not my job to interview 1000 people to find out how tall their tires are. I should be able to go to the manufacturer site, and look.

If more people had the balls to go through this headache, I bet those numbers would be changed.

I know of two people, who weren't happy, but couldn't go anywhere. I had to pay my lawyer to draw up some paperwork to get them to listen to me.

I'm not going to be abused and lied to by any manufacturer, its not going to happen.

If you would have spent 10 minutes researching your purchase, you would not have had to go through all that bullshit. Amazing isnt it?

I'm not going to let 10 peoples comments about something totally effect my decision.

CC, I know what you are saying. I agree that the tires should be what they say they are. But, you could have saved yourself a ton of hassle by checking them out before you ordered them. I appreciate that you are pursuing this with the company, but wonder why you didn't spend some of this effort before the purchase.

so just what does tire size have to do with air shocks? overheating? I'm pretty sure you have never run air shocks....... dont spread rumors

the only time mine have ever been "hot" was running the dunes for 45 minutes working the suspension really hard.... I'd venture a guess that they were no hotter than a standard shock would have been.

no, they are not as effecient or effective as coilovers and/or triple bypass shocks in the desert but they do what they were designed to do very well.

if they really are then what the hell are they doing holding up the truck? airshocks with fake bypass tubes welded on? I cant see the diameter of the shaft very well in the pic to be sure...

my 37" maxxis tires are 37.0" :tonka:
