what wall are those tubes? .090? .120? .. might want to put some supports in there .. if you put the weight of the vehicle against those and a rock you are going to bend them..

whatever kind of tube it is, it has a 5/16 wall. It was laying around the shop. We have several chunks of this stuff and I don't remember where we got it. We use it for pry bars and stuff.

It's really hard to bend it...had to put some heat to it. It didn't kink that bad...actually just flattened out on one side a bit.

Yea, we actually had 2 supports for each side cut and notched but when it came back over from the welding department they didn't get installed. We'll see how it goes. The sliders aren't welded to the "frame" so it's only a matter of taking of like 20 bolts or so side to remove them. I wanted them to angle down a bit for better use as a step so if it gets bent then we'll re-do it with the supports and an angle on the tube.

I would like to powder coat them too but we haven't finished building our bigger oven.

Finished up the front wheel wells...just some edge molding. It was put on then the Durabak was still tacky and the molding itself had glue in it. So it should stay.

Front bumper primed.

Yea, I was kind of curious as to when you were going to pull the tape off also and how good the line would be after it dried a little. Overall I'm very impressed, can't wait untill the weather warms up, it makes me want to get working on my own.

Muddypaws decided to watermark all the photos with advertising a site that does nothing but rip on gl4x4, and cause .

Its not going to fly here, and muddypaws and myself had a conversation about this before. Muddypaws removed all the photos. I will lock this to prevent .

If he decides to fix the images, it will again be open.

This site has been almost free now for a couple weeks, its ashame that he had to start this again today.
