Default Ford Ranger Gasket pieces in oil WTF?

after changing oil I found little pieces of gasket in the used oil. Has anybody ever heard of this? This is on a 2000 Ranger 3.0.

Everything runs like new.

LOLZZZ UR TrUCk = TeH sUxoRz!!!1!!

seriously though...what is the said "gasket"....cork, metal, silicone (RTV), hard plastic, magnetic? Also, how much of it did you find...

Edit: Additionally, is it possible that the used oil was contaminated after it came out of the engine (like you drained the oil pan into a shitty container that already had the pieces in it)??

I had that happen on a 91 4 cylinder I had. The gasket did the same thing and evetually plugged the pick up tube screenand I lost all oil presure.
