This is were things get unclear. I'm not sure how much was shaved off the block as they just cleaned it up. I will have to pull the valve covers off somtime and check.

Is it ok to still drive with the noise or should i stop as it will hurt somthing???

Noises from a stock type of hydraulic camshaft and valvetrain can't usually be good. Shut it down. . .Cut open the filter first and see if there are any goodies in there just to make sure that the cam didn't eat itself.

i drained the oil and it had the normal metal shavings in it. Funny thing is, it use to have the noise at low rpm, but after driving it for a while that went away and now its just at higher RPM. I'm just wondering if they havn't pumped up yet?? When the noise went away at low RPM i got more response and power.
