Default I need help

I need help my dd is dead in the water

Ok weird thing just happenned. I accidently left the running lights on while i was listening to the radio in the driveway working on the yota... needless to say the battery died. So i threw the charger on and went back to working.

Went to start the jeep with the charger still attached and it started but it acted funny like i fried something so i shut it off and disconnected the charger.

Now when i try and start it i get nothing other then it turning over... give it a little gas and it fires up and as long as im giving it gas it will run. Soon as i stop though it just dies.

I checked all the fuses and other then that im really stumped as to why it isn't working. was running perfectly fine this morning.

PLease help i need ideas

because previously you didnt kill the battery and then let it sit on a charge boiling it and then try to start it while it was still attached ..
