Default solid axle exo tracker

got a new progect going 4dr tracker 1.616v auto trans bought it wrecked put a samurai axle in the ft & put 5.12 gears in axle( spool in rear) exo cage steel bumpers 35 " boggers

nice. im working on a '92 2 door. going with 3/4 ton chevy axles and 37"ssr's for now. will be doing a 4.3 swap in spring hopefully...

got a little more tim on the tracker did some quick painting & some shake down wheelin had to space the ft tires w/ spacersI I purt the old ft coils in the rear I may have to get some t/c gears or put a samurai t/c behind the tracker case alto its gone where Ive pointed it so far

I had those 35s on the samurai (v-6 auto)the axle came out of for more than a year & no issues
I bent the cage w/a home made bender that uses pro tool dies & a 20 ton air operated bottle jack

why not ..all the cool guys are .. just the way they were stacked when I first put them on to check clearences & I figure Ill have em off sooner than later & Ill swap em around then

yeah i've seen it done before, but i was just curious if he broke birfields often, etc.

i asked my buddy that, except hes got tractor tires. he said it helps get traction in reverse when you get stuck(he runs a mud truck)

I m going to incortorate some roof bars into a rack for the roof probably going to put a samurai t/c behind the tracker t/c Ive done this on another one of my rigs & its still working sweetly even w/ tractor bars or if I find t/c gears cheep enuff Ill go that route this is a budget rig I got under $900. into it & I got it to this point in about 6 weeks heres some build pics it was hit pretty hard in drver ft so I cut off frame & inner fenders and it was RUSTY most of which went w/ the rockers so I could build rock guards exo base

just got done ading a samurai transfercase behind a modified tracker t/c now it actually rips with the 35s
