Those Comcast technicians are the most incompetent little shits on the face of the earth. We've never had cable in our home and they sent out this kid to set up our house and do it. He figured he basically had to plug in the box and that was it. He bitched and moaned about running lines in our basement and was like I can't do this job and your connection will be shit because of how far I have to run the lines. So we canceled it. Had AT&T out the next day, 6 guys doing the job. Free installation for us and Comcast was gonna charge us the shitty job this kid was gonna do.
Great service with AT&T and cheaper too.
