How do I reset the idiot lights in my jeep its an 01 tj? I'm pretty sure i fixed the problem that caused it to come on so I'd like to reset it and see if it comes back on

Take the negitave battery cable off for a half hour. This should clear the ecm's memory.

most code reader will have an erase feature. If needed stop by autozone, have them read the code and erase it when they are done.

What lights do you have one right now?

Different tell tales have different requirements for clearing. Faults stored in EEPROM might not reset just because you pull the battery feed.
