~SOLD~94 grand limited v8 $900

I have a white 94 grandcherokee limited v8 quadratrac.190k It runs strong and smooth, interior is good seats are not ripped and all lights work. It has a power moonroof that works good and does not leak. stock no lift, just a little rust on drivers lower fender and front edge of hood, rockers and floors are great. It drives fine in forward and shifts trough all the gears as it should, but when I put it in reverse it barely moves and makes a sound that reminds me of a stripped spider gear, a queit metalic grinding, because of the noise I thought it was the tcase so I got one from a 2000 grand ( thought they were all the same) I pulled it tonight after work and had it sitting next to the 2000 which has a shorter input shaft and no spedo hookup. I could have swapped the tailshaft but I was not about to swap the main shaft in the rain and dark. so I put it back together and decided it was a good truck for someone who can wrench or has a circle driveway. It may be the tcase or the trans but it would make a great winter rig with a little work.
First person with $900 gets it and I will trow in the 2000 quadratrac tcase.
I live in Blissfield MI 49228 1-517-403-5569 or sdwaigle@hotmail.com If not sold I will get pics up tomorrow

I havent driven it much, I got it because I am selling my f150 and wanted something gas to drive to work so I didnt have to plug in and wait for my chevy 6.5 diesel to warm up, but I think I will just drive the chevy. We had a 93 grand limited v-8 with 3" lift and 31s v8 and 165k and it got 15-16, We got 18 going to Tenn. but it was steady hwy. it had a cleaned cat,K+N and flowmaster , my wife drove it for 2 years and pulled the jeep to the dunes and canada a few times good, sold if for a 05 expidition to haul the kids and there toys around.I read that a 242 or a 231 from a 03 or new tj will get you part time and 2 mpg better.Did not see any spots under it, it does have a small puff of blus smoke when first started cold but thats common on 318s with higher miles our last one did it and we still put 30k on it before we sold it.
