got meatloaf?

I'm looking for a good meatloaf recipe if anyone has one. Spicy would be nice and a bbq tasting one wouldn't be too bad either. I have plenty of caseroles recipes too.

Late 70's-80's Meat Loaf, or the early 90's Meat Loaf?

my recipe for meatloaf changes every time i make it, but basically,
1-2lbs of burger
1-2 handfuls of crushed saltines or oatmeal
2-3 eggs
a couple handfuls of shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
whatever seasonings you want for spicyness
1 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce
put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix well by hand, leaving some ketchup/bbq sauce for on top. place well mixture in a bread style pan, and make a loaf out of it. make a little groove between the meatloaf and the pan so grease can collect there. put your remaining ketchup/bbq on top of loaf. bake in oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes, and check with a meat thermometer.
i like to throw it in the gas grill sometimes, and put some soaked woodchips in with it for a little extra flavor.

salt, pepper, onions, garlic, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley.

Mix with meat.
Cook.
Eat.

I didn't include measurements because we don't have any. The best food is made by intuition.
