Hell, I dunno. I only have like $30 into that one. It isn't perfect, but it was my 1st time bending the tubes. it look a lot better than my old one. Swing by and check it out. I could probably build ya one for like $50 or something.

That is some nice work!

And I have stickers that cover up those ugly things on your fenders.

Did you hold your breath while you welded that galvanized... or did you let it get you all high

Metal Fume FEver from galvanized is a pretty rough way to get high.... good way to get dead, though...

Well, as far as the welding galvanized goes, I ground it off where I was welding, before I welded it. No sickness here.

I think I have roughly $60 into the bumper. A lot of work, but cost wise only $60 for a 20ft piece of 1/4" x7" steel. The tubes I get for free from work. They cut them off dump truck tarps and pitch them. They are rolled so they are no good for cages, but they are plenty strong enough for bumpers.

I am not sure yet, if I am going to start building these, but it is on my mind. As soon as spring gets here, I am converting the garage to 220 so I can get a better welder. I tacked it all togather with my little mig, then welded it at work. Once I get the better welder here, then I am going to build some.

I will however, help ya out with one boggin boy, if ya want. LMK. Its just a PITA right now, cause I have to weld it at work.

Oh and CC....are those a direct replacement or is modification needed!?

I really like how the stock end caps are modded into it. Now make a matching rear with a tire carrier!

The roof rack weighs like 20-30lbs im guessing. Its pretty light, but I haven't weighed it yet.

The rear is in the works, but probably wont be until springtime.

It has turned out a lot better than I thought it would. Even looks good inperson, up close!

Looks good! I also like the way the stock end caps were integrated.
