ya went i went through last month I found that out.... Used to get 25 bucks in gas give them a 50 and get 75 bucks back that was way better

Funny Canadians still have to pay more in Canada for candian beer than we pay for it in the U.S., despite the currency rate.

First time in years we may be trading in currency again here. Like you say Kelly, mills are to the point they will require CA payment. They are also buying more stuff stateside(retail merchandise) and less canadian imports(lumber/plywood) coming in.

WOW - havent seen it that close since around 1975 where the Canadian dollar was worth more than the American dollar.

It's not all bad. It means that our exports will be more competitive overseas, and other countries imports less competitive here.

I remember going to Canada for hockey equipment when I was little because of the exchange rate. Times sure do change.

Exactly. Heard it on the radio today....on the way over the bridge into Canada.:tonka:
