Adam Kokesh: “When Injustice Becomes Law, Resistance Becomes Duty”

http://www.crooksandliars.com/2007/0...-becomes-duty/

Adam Kokesh, ex-Iraq War soldier's speech at a peace march put on by Iraq Veterans Against the War.

It's quite moving.

I dare you to support these troops.

I support his right to make that speach.

If he had been living in Iraq under Sadam and made a speach like that he would have been executed.

I realize that. My point was that he seems to be implying that Sadam wasn't such a bad guy but that the US government is evil, but if he had been an Iraqi speaking out against Sadam like that he'd of been dead before he left the podium.

Good think that the constitution doesn't give George that right. But on the other hand he has wiped his ass with the greatest document ever written so many times that Mr. Kokesh might have reason to be worried!

You have the right to free speech, but not the right to be heard. You can talk. I don't have to listen. Pretty cool concept.

actually my favorite concept of the whole free speach thing is that while you have the right ot say what you want, I have the right to say what I want about what you said.
