Ok, so here are updates of the fenders...ready for final grinding/sanding. Just have to tack on some light tabs that will sit in the small hoops on the front.

www.woodwardfab.com has a pipe notcher that works pretty good. its like $70 though. but you can do multiple angles. then you just take the grinder and clean it up and it fits exilent. ill have to show you pictures of the baja car that we are building and the notcher.

Nice fenders Tim, I really like them, they should stand up and not be flexy like the old ones:tonka: I see you got new springs too, we really baloneyed the old ones in Attica didnt we Seeya around

Yea, the springs were way fubar'ed. She sits a about 2, maybe 2.5 inches higher now. Should have plenty of room for the 35's that will be here tomarrow....I hope.

I was going to buy PSC ones but hard to do it when I can buy a tubing bender and tube for the same price


basically I just want to knock off PSC design.
