yes, I would say almost everyone knows that, I wasn't expecting people to say "it was me". I was just saying that someone, probably not anyone on this board has been riding them, thats all.

dont forget the motorsport area is a scramble area meaning you can go anywhere you want (cross country travel permitted) within the boundries, so find us some cool trails and new hills to climb while your there

Talked with the Cadillac Jeepers at the meeting and as for the obsticle course . We are going to contact the proporty owner and see how he would like us to handle to intrest on useing the course. As soon as we know ,someone will post and give the info. PM myself or rockrat" If he doesnt mind" so we know who is intrested in the course.

There are lots of forest roads and seasonal roads in the leota area. Tons of ATV trails as well. You could easly get lost, There are so many differant paths to take. Drop bread crums or GPS if going out without knowing the area. Or look one of us up and we would be glad to go with you. You can turn down one forest road and end up in Marion or anouther and be in Houghton Lk. Turn left and find Temple a right brings you to Harrison. Go straight and end up back at the same spot. Lots of fun if you know your way around.

South of Houghton Lk. you can find even more forest and seasonal Rds. that lead to everywhere. cross M-18 to the east you will find a few less but they wind and turn alot more. Exellant places to spend a day out trail riding. As for 4wd fun stuff there is plenty here just dont get caught. St. Hellens is about the only non Private safe spot in the area.
We on the other hand know of a few PRIVATE PROPORTY spots that are great to wheel on. One more reason to join in with the group at Leota the 22nd

Jeepers are alive and well. No probs !! Just had a Meeting and Plans for a even better JEEP BLESSING ARE UNDERWAY

There are some powerlines south of Houghton Lk. witch a seasonal Rd (Roscomond Road) runs right down the Middle of it. Stay on the Rd your OK. venture onto the trails running along side up and down the sand hills and thru the mud you will get ticketed. Take one of the ajoining forest rds and you can have a bit of a better time than the powerline. Just stay off the hills around Mallory hill or across the street. yep no legal wheelin on state land here either.

Jimm you going to make it the 22nd????????
