Default 2003 Hemi mileage

looking for Ram Hemi MPG numbers.
www.fueleconomy.gov says 11city 15hwy.
does anyone get better?

I had an 04 QC 4x4 with the 20's and I would get 12-12.5 avg mix city/ highway driving. I got 16 mpg one tank 100% highway cruise set at 70mph. These were all hand calculated!
