Come off a 99 TJ
Red and Black,excellent condition,almost brand new!
Have both driver and passanger. upper and lower

Yes, they're waterproof. I had them on my YJ. They're awesome.

Are they the universal fit, or custom fit for the TJ seats?

What do you need skid plates for? I have a skid plate sitting in my garage for a YJ gas tank.
