i dont want this to sound mean in any way but you have a lot of design issues, if you would like i will show you what you need to do to get them straightened out.

until then please do not drive it on the road or above 15 miles per hour, something IS going to let go.

Flairs are home made out of pipe and welded on after lots of cutting... only $20 bucks

I'm thinking of putting bump stops in place of the stock factory mounts. So i can stop the 36's from coming up and rubbing.

All said and done I've spent under $300 building the long arms

that upper is scarier then shit.

people extend lowers but they do it well. I would just make an upper and do it the right way. wont cost more then 20 dollars.

Yes its a scary looking upper... and it will get cleaned up and get a second on the other side this week.

And so you know what it is. It's a 1 inch bolt and heavy pipe for adjustment with stock ends. At 2 in the morning I didn't care how it looked

Honestly it rides much nicer then it did, smooth and stable on the rough back county roads with no noises. The little wobble that i had at 40 mph with the short arms is gone (Adjustable Caster fixed that)

And i picked up a set of 36" IROK's today... should be a lot of fun at the pig gig

If you know what needs to be done then I won't explain it. show us the "finished" pics when you get there.
