Default Got a newer Ford

So I guess I can start posting here too. Just left a down payment on a 2001 F250 Super Duty with the Triton V10. Super Clean, one owner, was not a work truck, fiberglass cap, crew cab with a 8' box and only 41,000 miles.

Pick it up in the next two days. The XJ is happy it will never see the pavement again!

i've been on the fordtruckworld.com forums for a couple years now, and have never seen anyone come in with that problem. consider the fact that a person is alot more likely to post on that consumer report website WITH a problem than without... i bet the percentage is very low on how often that occurs.

if it's clean otherwise, i say do it if you don't mind 12 mpg on a good day.

I know, its huge and it eats gas but I drive less than 70 miles per week to work so its no big deal.......yet. One down (truck) one to go (enclosed trailer).
