Default Exhaust

What would be the best exhaust to run on it to get the best performance with out it being obnoxiously(sp) loud? I heard Flowmaster 40 series mufflers are good....any suggetions?

What's your definition of obnoxious? I've had 40 series on a V8 and it was definately LOUD. About as loud as you can get while still having a muffler. That and everyone has one.

Looked at Magnaflow? Much freer flowing, stainless steel, and a different sound while being a bit quieter. Not quiet by any means but not obnoxious.

The 40's series I believe are some of the loudest actually.

I felt the 70's series and actually the Hush Power II sounded pretty good. And didn't seems tooooo obnouxioously loud.

From the sound clips it sounded like the Hush Power was actually louder, but since it is only a sound clip, who knows where they put the microphone.

70\\\\\\\\\\'s Series

Hush Power II

*Edit: The 50\\\\\\\\\\'s Series looks good too, and slightly cheaper than the 70's.

flowmaster 50's sound just like the 40 series when you hit the gas, but the idle tone isnt as loud. I run dual 50's on my truck and i love them.
