Just to answer the curious side of your questions. My f150 took 33 bf mud ta's with minor rubbing on the radius arms if you crank it too hard. In a few weeks i hope to see what my new 35's look like under there.

I have 35" boggers on my bronco with 0 lift.
I trimmed the shit out of the fenders and relocated the inner fenders with sheet metal screws and a blow torch. Worked great.

Yeah, thats my next issue that needs to be addressed, but I'm swapping in a HP44 and building Custom by Cartman arms for it that kick in to fix this issue.....
You can go with a crazy offset wheel to cure the problem, but then you are so wide that you hit trees with your tars..

The ETA on them isn't looking very promising...
I don't want to make those gay ass drop brackets either - planning on mounting them parallel with the frame and boxing it in.

the one swap that i was impressed with, the guy used 4x4 .250 wall square tubing for his t-case mount and welded mounts to the front of it. mounted flush with the bottom of the frame. he used heim joints on the end of his arms. i think he said he stretched the arms 12in from stock.

Mine are 47 in long from the back off the c-cup with a 1-1/4 in heim on the end, made out of 2in 1/4 wall dom. Mine are strait and i get no tire rub with 38in tsl tires. If you want pics let me know.

I would love to see your radius arms. I kinda hate them but they work better than torsion bars.
