if you read the artical the guys mom is like 70. plus some folks had been saying he shouldn't have parked on the street. if you have ever seen how those old style neighbor hood garages were built for Model A's & T's. H2's were never even a twinkle in the builders eyes back in the day.

Funny.....we are just about the only culture that feels that way. I have seen it happen over the years. Get away from your family, split yourself off.

What's wrong with the family staying together?

I work with a guy who is in his early 50's. he still lives at home with his mom who is in her late 70's. He moved back in with her about 15 years ago, when she needed the help. No one else in the family was willing to look after her, so he moved back in. He pays all the bills, has remodeled the house, and helps take care of her.

My mother has money, and lives a big ass house in Colorado...I've been trying to move back in, she wont let me

i'm kind of surprised how level headed some of these freaks are. i am impressed with a lot of their responses.

the only question i have is about the prius vs hummer green factor. did they include the 85 bumper stickers on the prius, about saving the earth and impeaching bush, when they did the study?

why are they freaks? Because they are pro-environment? level headed freaks who want a clean earth...psychos.

it's not like they believe something crazy like that they don't need to take care of the earth and it's environment because the world is going to end soon and they will be in heaven after the rapture.

I don't see what the big deal is. Shit I see people here up in arms when someone screws up while wheeling. Or didn't I read the post here about what they did with the winch cable on xtreme 4x4.

Its another case of pot meet kettle.

well heres the latest....

Quote:
“If you want to drive a Hummer, go to Iraq,” was what Gareth Groves heard from one critic of his new ride. The message hit a little closer to home when his Hummer H2 was vandalized last month by eco-vandals. Fortunately, Groves is also receiving positive support from other Hummer enthusiasts and area residents speaking out against the violence. A group of Hummer owners met for support in nearby Bethesda, MD restaurant. The group was originally going to throw Groves a BBQ on his block, but the venue was changed – probably a good idea for the participants and their rigs! One supporter, a Ford owner, says, “Last time I looked my Ford Expedition was getting 14 miles to the gallon. If that is what he wants who are we to say he can’t have that?” Fair enough! I also like how the FBI took over the investigation, since it appeared to be eco-terrorism.
I do belive the FBI always gets there man... or treehugger in this case
