what size frame is it? You need a trail rig for playing in?

X2 on the frame size and what and what kind of components does it have?
Also what rear shock doe it have, it is rather difficult to see it in the pic.

26" from head to crank, I am 5'8" and it fits me perfect, flatfender says to measure from denter of BB to top of seat post, if that is the same as center of crank to top of seat post than it is 19"
Ahead set with 1.5" rise Nashbar handle bar
21 speed grip shift

Sugino crank
Rock Shock front
Rock Shock rear
toe clips, never liked clippless pedals
Diacompe power control 7 brake levers with Shimano bakes
