what does the inner ID need to be. Right now I am thinking of making it a few that have a OD of 2"(roughly will adjust to make it fit close to the closest piece of pipe. and an ID of 1" or 1.25" so a bolt could be run through it. possibly put an oil groove in it also for grease but thats starting to sound to much like work now bah :tonka:

I already spend to much time at work

save your time and make one out of a wheel spindle/hub for the pivot rather than machining a bushing that isnt as adjustable and isnt as free spinning with a lot of weight on it.

Door, window frame and hood hinges? Polish them like gold and add some curb feelers?
