I wanna see the official report saying she did -18 lines today
I got 4 hours on duty tonight. I got about an hours worth of real work and then I'm sure I could put something creative up.

She runs the report....and the fax machine calls her extension....

*ahem* then it behooves you to make sure you print that travel itinerary with the date/time stamp in the header showing that she wasn't at lunch, and that it was shortly after her lunch ended, and thus in theory not during a "break"...

You have no idea how baffled I am at how management is taking this. Shes openly doing what she wants. Changing work flows and causing problems for others. Being cunty all around.

I can pull times she didnt know exsisted. If I wanted to do a total report I'd pull the phone calls to her extension that were work related and tally up times. Cross referance to the units and see where the times matched up for breaks. blah blah blah email checking blah blah blah you see where this is going

Boss is female. I also call her mom. :tonka: :tonka:

Intresting thing about working for the family business. You have a personal stake company.

Which has made us even more baffled since she pulls this shit 1 inch of cubicle wall away.

is your mom hot? or do you just call her mom?

I confess to being intrigued, and admittedly confused. :dunie: especially if there is teefless carpet munching going on :tonka:

seems like, if it's your family business, that there wouldn't be any issues to discuss - she should just be gone. unless someone in the family is keeping her on, amused by your antics in trying to capture/corral this slackard.

Negative on milf status.

Well per past history the companies never paid for unemployment and she wont be the one to break that trend. Just gotta line all the things up just right and let ghetto princess be the one to pull the trigger.

and no one feels like doing her job at nights/weekends.

I confess to not being up to speed on unemployment benefits, but I assumed that if one was fired for malfeasance/dereliction of duty, that there wouldn't be any unemployment benefits. Am I mistaken? Or are you guys just prefer they quit, than to provide a rubbermaid bin full of printed documentation if she appeals?

It does sound however, as if you have all of the tools available to make things unpleasant, inconvenient, and otherwise a PITA for her to remain. How that solves the evening/weekend chores would still be a void to fill however. :dunno:

I am however, looking forward to 8 months from now, when you post some hystronics about her applying for a job, and actually using you/you guys as a reference... :tonka:

The company has had that happen in the past. We provided AMPLE evidence to the point that the person going over it chose to ignore it and give them their unemployeement. So the company went to court for it and the judge laughed um outta the court room. Its always easyier if they cease work under their own recourse. Easyier on the paperwork.

O yea. Her life is going to be hell here. I'm sick of her spitting on the company with her aids rittled saliva. I wish there were more hours in the day. I would pick it up less the phone work. You know. all 5-6 of them a day for work and the 50 telling whomever that shes no longer employeed here

Ahh see the law in that states we may only disclose that she was employeed and from start date to finish date. Any more and one runs the risk of slander.

law, or good policy?

It's also one thing to put something in writing, and another altogether to mention casually over the telephone.

one could also state something like: "No, I don't recal so, and so working here, I'll have to check records..."

the implication behind that very benign statement, is that their work performance, and in fact everything about said individual was so non productive that they didn't even warrant the memory to even remember that they were ever employed there...

I'll make sure to have some popcorn popped next week for V2.1, or V3.0 depending on how significant a turn this tale takes... :dunie:

then you're better off not stating anything. let the silence stand for itself, and let her prove her employment by providing a copy of her pay stub/W2s :tonka:

and regardless of what you do, or are legally able to do, I predict, that if she does in fact use you guys as a reference, that you will still post a rant :p
