Default stock jap crap on some meats.

Just thought i'd share my play toy.

97 mitsubishi montero sport ls 4x4
3.0 V6, automatic with manual transfercase
stock torsion bar IFS front suspension cranked up
stock rear suspesion with a cherokee leaf added in
32x11.5x15in dunlop mud rovers, i could run 33's how it sits but im a cheap bastard and didnt want to shell out more money for them. i love these tires so far though. The truck is mostly stock and i plan to do a spring over conversion to the rear and a dana 44 solid axle to the front, then on to some

I'll update with pics and vids of it off roading this weekend, does extremely well in the mud, suprises most people.

Trying to run over bums in their housing units is not appropriate or responsible 4-wheeling!! (lol)

Waiting for the mud shots!

well, 18 credits and 30+ hours a week are tying up my time lately. but this weekend my friend helped me weld my rear diff up and i ditched my sway bars.

the axle shafts on this mitsu rear end are about 1.156in thick! pretty good for a little jap truck..

flares will be going back on and i'll be making a bumper and using 17in dodge rims with 35-37 inch tires. (depends on what i find a deal on)

my parts collection for the front suspension sans a few items

that's my old school Kodak DX7630 with a fish eye, one of my favorite (and most adjustable) point and shoot cameras.

I rock a Nikon 40D now, but that kodak was pretty advanced for the price.
