This is why I was hoping to see some pictures since they were described as being way too short, but we can't tell if the application looks incorrect from the ones that were posted.

Great now that Koz and the actual owner are on here maybe we can hear from both of them when the situation gets resovled.

Second hand bitching is the worst.

The real issue I have is with the fitment. pics will explain better than i can, so just wait.
Wow, the real issue isn't one of the totally oposite opinions Deke and Koz presented... imagine that...

He ordered 6 grandish worth of stuff in august. Pretty much everything arrived when said except for the rock rails.

Buddy wasnt really worried about the rails since he had so much other stuff to do.

Now its to the point where the run around is being given.

Last exchange that happened was they would be shipping out on weds. Last weds. WITHOUT A DOUBT.

Buddy requested the tracking number to be emailed when shipped and hasnt recieved a tracking number or rock rails.

Someone know if theres something else going on with koz?

That would still....be facts.... at the time... I wouldnt say bitching. More a prode to see if theres something else going on. Everyone else started the bitching

Now heres another buger

he was called 2 weeks ago and swore they were going out "without a doubt" on weds the 9th. Requsted the tracking number be sent out when they shipped for reasons beyond just babysitting him.

its now... the 16th and still no tracking number nor emails about it. My buddy did however get emails about koz offering him tube fenders and comp-cuts for the YJ...
How is this for customer service? If theres a supply issue why ignore the customer?

I've never had any work done by Koz, but from EVERYting I have heard from first hand customers I would do business with him if I had a need.

The same goes for

JCROffroad
Jeep Outfitters
JeeperzCreepers

Funny, how most of the 4X4 places I just meantioned (all except Jeeperz) has had some bad early learning experiences. And still this crap gets brought up on the web in front of everybody, even unjustified as it may be. Bunch of web punks. Even this very issue should have been taken care of elsewhere.

Which part of I suggest koz on the basis of past experience and reading great things about his operation? Which part of me asking if there was something else going on? didnt you get.

The good can be posted along with the bad.

I have to say I was extremely happy with his prices and service on getting the other $6k worth of parts that all showed up on time.

Sounds like this was all resolved in spite of the 8 pages of mudslinging. And imagine that it was resolved through a discussion b/w the customer and the shop. :miff:

Could this have been resolved without all this by a simple phone call and/or direct email/PM?

pics, like everyone wanted

I spoke to James tonight, and he understands now where the problems are, and agrees that they're just not right. He's going to make me a new set and apparently has some type of beating planned for the guy who cut these out, using the fubar'd rocker guards...

in conclusion, if everything goes thru as discussed between myself and James, then it will be resolved to my satisfaction.
