XJ shackles

First has anyone made there own? And what have you used and how much overall lift did you gain, ride, and so on. i want to fab my own, looking for ideas

I made a set a few years ago and used the for about a year and a half I made adjustable one that can get between 1.25 and 2.25" of lift but allways used 1.25 because I also had a real lift.

Really simple to make even if u cant weld. I think www.madxj.com had a write up

i would prefer just buying the $50 ones that give you about 1.25" of lift it is ez and cheep. I made my own but I changed my mind and wanted to go with something that is made out of 1/2" steel. Everything is CNC cut and all the hardware included.

Yea i think im going to do the better thing and save the extra $150 over a budget boost and get a rusty's 3 inch AL. And if the tax return isn't too bad maybe get the leaf springs

O and broke, what kind of bumper is that in your avitar
