So who here is from the Gaylord area?

I just moved up to the Gaylord area last week and I was wondering who on here lives near there? I would like to meet some folks to wheel with or show me some trails. Thanx!

My mailing address is Johannesburg. I'm east of Gaylord and north of Vienna Corners, at the corner of Sparr and Meridian Line roads.

im about 40 minutes away in Petoskey. There are lots of trails around, but most of the good ones are private land. Lots of good stuff down by Sam (sglide) in the Alba-Mancelona-Kalkaska area.

I live up there shortly about 11 years ago. My folks still live up there. Nice area if you like being outdoors. Tons of snow.

You can go to any gas station up there and get a map of all the trails. You can putz around the trails in Grayling all day long.

Is the store open at Vienna Corners? My buddy has a cabin just South of Vienna on black bear lake. His grandparents live in Johannesburg and I have been there a couple times for weekend drinkaways.
