Default *SOLD* FIRE SALE (cheap): Wide-track CJ axles w/Warn lockouts (low mileage)

I sold this set of CJ axles back in November, but the buyer (in Wisconsin) never picked them up. He just e-mailed me back today and told me to go ahead and dump 'em.

This is a set of low-mileage (79K miles) wide-track axles from an '83 CJ-7 Renegade. This CJ has the 6-digit odometer (7-digit including the tenths), and it has not rolled. I road tested this Jeep, and it runs/drives well. Gearing is 3.31 open, and the Dana 30 has a newer set of Warn replacement lockouts on the D30. Both axles are complete caliper-to-caliper/drum-to-drum, and the front will include the tie rod & drag link. The front will need rotors turned or replaced, as they have been sitting for some time and have rust. They're a little crusty, and the rear will need spring perch work; it also has a slow pinion seal leak ($3.99 part).

$50 for the pair. I'm just west of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I want them gone SOON, as I'm on a mission to get my place organized.

Craig

AMC20? I have no idea. That is why I asked. It is not like Craig to forget the details, but I don't think that I overlooked it.

Stock AMC 20. If you're looking for something for your YJ, I have a HD AMC 20 (FSJ axle) available for $75 (the FSJ axle has thicker tubes, factory 1-pc. shafts, and 6 x 5.5" bolt pattern).

What parts do you need, Josh? If you really need them, I'm sure we can work out something.

I haven't heard the story of TJ sitting on his side yet at Silver Lake,...........just the story of him sitting on his butt (spare tire) at the Mounds.

Okay, its a tie, you both suck:tonka: :tonka: :tonka: :tonka:

Craig, TJ is helping me out with the scrap metal issue. If he wants the axles, make sure he gets them.

Josh - I'll hook you up with something down the road. I can really use the cash now. I have a little Tennessee trip planned that the cash will help with (also a July family vacation).

Wide-track axles will bolt into a narrow-track '76-'86 Jeep.

Harry - They're yours. When can you get them? Give me a call for pick-up plans. I'll be out of town this weekend, and I'm heading down to Tennessee next Wednesday (early AM).
