Default 2002 Honda 400ex sportrax

This is my baby that has to go due to the damn jeep/project in my drive way. Its the 400 with a bore kit, Fmf Titanium Power bomb exhaust, Maxxis Razz 2 Racing tires, (Nobby as hell) Different rims. Wholeshot front tires, twist throttle, Weisco Piston(11-1 compression, primium only), Hot Cam stage 1, Side nets, racing clutch, DG Front bumper, Racing chain and sprockets, extra set of new never used paddle tires, changed oil every other ride. Has been well maintained. Its a bad ass little bike, friends call it the crotch rocket on four wheels. I put a lot of time and money into it, im asking 3200 obo. Im not in a rush to sell it so dont make no low ball offers, i know what its worth. If there is a buyer, it will come with all original parts, all the more to buy it for im sure thats worth some cash alone.

I've owned a 400ex and have had alot of friends that have owned them. I kept mine stock (was beating banshees on it hehe) but a few bored them out and did engine mods. As soon as they added the bore kit and start doing engine mods....it became unreliable. Every weekend they were doing shit to it.

But that isn't the point.

The point is it would be my buddy's first quad. He doesn't need to get out on something that is all souped up. He needs a stock quad and then gradually add the appropriate modifications, once he is ready for the modifications. He needs to grow into it and needs a quad that he can grow into.
But your quad is sweet. Same color as my old 400ex. I love the yellow.
Good luck!

I had a 2001 400EX that was bored and stroked to a 463. Never over heated, or gave me any problems at all. I bought all the right parts the first time. After looking at his parts list, so did he. The most over looked piece is the timing chain. This would be a great first quad for someone who has a little riding exp.

Good luck on the sale. I wanted yellow, but was sold out

haha, thanks a lot. I have never had trouble with this bike except one time the battery was dead but thats an easy replacement. All the parts are top notch and i love it. I started with a 300ex when i was 10, thats more than enough power, and got this last year. Go Big or go home, thats my motto

My kid just bought a 300EX, would the paddle tires fit (same bolt pattern?). If so would you sell them separate?

I am hinking about selling my 85 cj7 or trading it off. You said you might be willing to trade so I might be interested if you are. Mine is in good shape and over all is nice so unless you want something crazy like d60's as a trade my jeep is whole was my dd for years. only has like 5 on rebuild.

I can send pics and stats if interested.
