Default Prayers Needed

Many of you may know our friend, Doug, who goes by the nn of Milwaukee. He called us about an hour or so ago to let us know that his mom is in the hospital, on life support, and in need of all the prayers, positive thoughts, and excess good luck we can muster.

I don't know many details, but it is my understanding that she went to the doctor about a week ago for a cough and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital where she remains in a coma on life support.

So, if you will, please keep Doug and his family in your thoughts.

Thanks so much.

Doesn't look good from what Doug has shared today. However, he did mention that he and the rest of his family are thankful for all the support. They have a tough decision to make in the next few days. Keep the prayers coming and thanks again.

ok...this is the deal....Mom worked until the weekend of memorial day...was a very active woman ( Bavarian inn waitress for 43 years ) plus active in Curves and such....called me and said she wasn't feeling well and to pick up the food for our usual Memorial day family reunion...no big deal....called that friday and said her friend said she was getting to sound like crap and she wanted to take her to the local MedExpress....from there it was instant in the ambulance and to the hospital
From there I was just calling as she and my brother thought no big deal...acute Pnemonia...last words I heard from her was go to your mud bog.....( no trucks is not ready yet... went to just watch...hate that ) I am just going to get x rays no big deal.....next phone call is 7:30 am Sunday that they are putting her on a vent tube and putting her out....
and now here we are 7 days later....and they are telling us fibrosis ( sp ) of the lungs + cancer from somewhere...they don't know where...and she may never come out of it....I guess that is the long and short of it

I want to thank all of you for your prayers and support...and a big thanks to Harley and Mel....we right now are hanging in with this and hoping that she has the strength to come back to us....right now we are looking at a long fight and some tough decisions

once again Thank you all

Doug
