How big of a PITA is this?

Headlight switch lights burnt out. '01 Ram. Interiors aren't my forte, so how big of a PITA is it to swap the bulb out, if there even is one?

It's really hard...way more advanced than you can handle. Better get a ASE Tech to do it.

Nice...

I have very little experience taking apart dashes, except for replacing evaporators in Trailblazers and Envoys. All interiors vary so damn much.

What I'm talking about is on the headlight switch itself. The OFF, running lights picture and headlights picture no longer light up, along with the interior lighting dial thingy.

You've probably already done it by now lol, but in case you haven't, it's super easy. Just pop the dash out (it's all clips like Muddinguy said), unscrew the whole light switch assembly, and swap the new one in.

If you're taking the assembly apart, be super damn careful that the springs and contacts don't come flying out and get lost... I speak from experience on that one.

Yea, already swapped one out. Took 2 minutes.

I'm also a dumbass thinking there was a bulb back there....but I had to replace a few bulbs around the dash, so I thought there would've been one there too.
