My Observation. in life. today. right now.

Why is it always weird when you meet someone from an internet forum for the first time? Seriously, when someone calls me FlatFender, or BigBear, or Mooseknuckle when Im at work, its really awkward. Anybody else feel this way?

Some people have a screen name that flows, Like skooterbuilt, or Miffy. You can just call her Miffy, or call him Skooter.

Some names are awkward, like Sol Goode, or DeathDealer.

My CB handle is Jeepfreak too, so I am used to it... other people though it depends... like when I met _F_ for the first time, I had to remember his name.

When I first met you...I thought you were going to tackle me and take away teh CD I just grabbed off the shelf...

All kidding aside, I think it's weird that people call me General (especially because I'm only 20 (so it's strange for a 40 something year old to call me General), but I've come to accept it (and I'll probably start answering to it in my next history class).

I answer to my username now, and alot of people know me by my real name, but it's still weird.

The idea username is one that has your real name in it.

Spend enough time playing games with built in voice com, and you get used to it. Don't think I've had anyone from here call me by my forum name...not that I've met many of you.
