Hey red97xj, we are from Harrison and trail ride almost every weekend. Last saturday we left at 10:30 am and didn't make it back home till almost midnight and I dont think we hit the same trail twice. We ride on the trails that Purplerhino is referring too. I used to take my stock grand cherokee on 225's there are a few spots that were tricky but only got stuck a few times. Lots of fun, let us know if your heading this way, theres a group of us and like I said we go almost every saturday.

Sorry I missed you guys Saturday. We went up on Sunday and played around throughout the afternoon. There was a group of 6-8 Jeeps sitting by the swimming hole along the river on Mullet Rd. Looked like they were having a good cookout. We actually went up to look for a good secluded campsite for the 4th of July weekend (still not sure which end of the week it will be for me).

The trails up around Gladwin used to be a lot of fun, but I haven't run up there in about 9 years! The best trails the DNR were already frowning on back then and I've heard most of the best trails are off limits now.

Look forward to joining you guys out on the trail soon.

Going to Bitely area this weekend. Anybody know of any other trails in that general area?

Does anybody know if "Little Manistee" (46 mi) and "Lincoln Hills" (21 miles) and "Tin Cup Spring" (21 miles) are all still open and legal? Those are most likely where we will start since they are on the map.

They are on my brand new Off road map by venture.

Thanks for the help!!!

Yes they are all still open & legal. VERY dusty right now. We were over there a couple weekends ago and still haven't had any real rain lately. Have fun!!
