I got the front clip attached, hood pins in, and a few other odds and ends done. The idea of six pins to hold the clip on is out the is out the window for now. I haven't been able to come up with a workable plan to pin it and still clear the winch and headlights when it comes off, without adding a bunch of weight. There are five easy access bolts on each side to attach it.

The goal was to have it on the road this spring but that is not going to happen. I hope to have it running later this summer. Life seems to keep getting in the way of my build time.

I got the hydroboost mounted. It's a bendix system from a 77 lincoln with 4 wheel disc. Does anybody know how to get the pushrod out of these, it spins but doesn't screw out. I have to length it 1.75" to connect it to the peddle and it would be better if could remove it from the unit.

My modified my brake peddle setup (the one on the left) next to a stock unit. I moved the brake peddle over to the clutch peddle location and re-bent the arm so the peddle pad is within 1/2" of the stock location. This way I can mount the hydro booster beside the engine instead of right over the valve cover. This unit still bolts in the stock location but the peddle arm comes down the other side of the steering column. I added some plate to the mounts for the booster studs to go through.

Also got the removable cross brace for the shock hoops done.

I built this rig in 1989, I need some of her major components to finish the fab work.
All that's left of 4-PLAY is a pile of scrap and a lot of great memories.
