The Kentrol body on my 77 is about an inch wider in the back than my 73. Leaves a big gap at tailgate.

My tailgate fits real nice but they didn't put the steel slugs you drill and tap for the hinges, in the right place.

Okay, here's the progress so far.

T-case mount version 2.0 (front radius arm mounts conflicted with version 1.0).

The extended radius arms are ready to bolt in and set caster angle before final welding. Design idea thanks to Roadhouse's build. 2.25"-3/16" wall DOM and forged Johnny Joints.

Not a good picture but there is 3/4" between the pig and pan at full compression. Going to need good bump stops because this is where the oil pump is in the pan.

Version 2.0 of the rear links. I finally found a combo that gave me good roll steer and anti-squat numbers, has equal length links so I only need to carry one spare, and makes the pinion follow the driveshaft. I even got lucky and the front driveshaft out of the big bronco fits perfectly as a rear shaft in this one. This is full droop on the suspension travel. I have 5" compression and 7" droop for 12" total travel.

The big one's final run will be my hunting/trapping trip to the UP at the end of the month. Our clubs "Toys for Tots" truck show is the first weekend of december, I may take it up there, after that it goes behind the barn. Probably january or february before it comes apart. What's left will go to the Bronco swap meet up in Zeeland in April. The cage, rag top, bumpers and some of the glass are about all that will be left that is worth anything.

1 seven piont, 5 beaver, 1 otter, and 1 muskrat. November is hunt/trap month and it was good to me. Just finished putting up the fur tonight, I'll get back to "Horse Play" this weekend.
