But that's what makes it a beater, I wouldn't want to scratch it then.

Default Clean Up Facts:

The Two Trackers 4WD Club started the event in 1999 in an attempt to keep the Sullivan Sahara trails open in Muskegon Co. It worked for a few years but the "bad apples" partying there at night finally doomed it to closure. It was then moved to encompass ALL of the NFS lands in Muskegon Co.

To date we've hauled (aprox):

370 Cubic Yards of Trash
1,150 Tires
46,000 Pounds of Shingles --THANKS to all the donated equipment
and
3 Junk Vehicles (one stolen)

Chris Fredricks of the Baldwin Ranger District has said that we have become the LARGEST clean up on the Manistee Forest!!

This year counts double -- The NFS has ASKED US to work with them to get the trails we ride in the area designated for our use (over 50" wide OHV Routes ), so the more hands and trucks the better!!

Thanks for all your help -- together we CAN take back our trails!

Pat Brower

Default Thanks John

You've become a huge part of this -- when you going to get involved with fighting the NFS? You'd be a great addition...

The trails would be in Muskegon Co. *IF* we can bring everything together. EVERYONE say "Thank you Carla Boucher" (United4WDAssn)!!
There's really not much left of the "old" system, but it's a place to start.

Well, GLFWDA got its insurance issues figured out so the April 29-30 trail clean up for the trails we're responsible for in Atlanta is a go. That's good news for the trails up north, bad news because some of us need to head up there instead of helping out on the west side. Maybe next time for me!

This is one of those situations where the coordination Trail Fanatic is talking about could go a long way to help!

I don't want to steal anyone from the west side clean-up, but if you live up north, want to help with trail maintenance and can't make it down to the west side, GLFWDA is meeting at the BP gas station in Atlanta at 9 a.m. both mornings.

Come on every body, west or north, try to help out where you can! It's the right thing to do.

oooooo snacks sound like a good idea, I get cranky around noon if i don't eat. Went to open up the truck and found stuff from last years clean up in there. guess i don't that truck too much.
See ya'll next Saturday!!!!!

For those who are riding along with others and do not want there vehicles just hanging out in the woods all day (fear of scratches or getting run over by a duece) I live right down the road from the trail head and meeting place, you can drop your vehicles there and ride down with me.

FREE LUNCH

The Two Trackers 4WD Club is going to serve free hotdog lunch (details at the morning meeting), so there shouldn't be any reason to get cranky! Everything is set. The Dumpsters are ordered and paid for, the food's being taken care of,
All we need is YOU

Well OK, trucks and trailers do help a LOT too.

SEE YOU ALL THERE ! !

AND THANK YOU ! !
