Man, I've seen some stuff riding a medic unit, but bike crashes are usually the worst. Added to the list of things not to do while riding my bike.

Could you imagine how much he would have gotten hurt if he didn't wear the helmet?

Considering there is a 90% chance he is dead or paralyzed from his injuries... I'd say it wouldn't be much worse. I have seen people die skiing from less of a trauma to the head then that. Only difference being they aren't using a shovel to clean him up.

Are you a moron? It might help if you read or even opened the link to the website of the topic.......Did you even read the 6 sentence paragraph explaining what happened...... And looking at the pics of a dude hanging by his head with the ambulance right next to him with noone trying to help, I'd say that he was dead - kicked the bucket, the ticker stopped, ain't no more lickin the KFC off his fingers DEAD!!!!!

Where did you see the shovel?

Even if the truck was traveling at 70 mph....... the bike was traveling at 125 mph.... that would be like hitting a wall at 55 mph, head first..... I don't know of anyone that could survive a hit like that!
