Other side is done

Cut off the Exhaust, hitch and Frame Rails

Cut the frame for Tailgate clearance..

And tomarow I'll weld up the body panels brace the bed floor and build my rear bumper.. need to find some rec. tube for the bumper.

Well i got the rear bumper built.. and i welded it onto the frame Just a couple welds at the top its not totally welded on yet.. and started Fab work on the front bumper.. Rented a wire feed welder from home depot to weld the box sides up and that was the biggest POS welder ever.. (took it back after having it for only 20 min.) Anyway Here's the pics

And i had to go try it out

I got a couple ideas on what im gona do up front but not 100% sure yet.

Go rent one maybe your home depot will have a decent unit flux cored welders arent that bad.. just gota chip the weld after you're done.
