Default Control arms

How many people have fabbed there own adjustable control amrs(front and rear- upper/lowers)?

I am thinking of doing this and was wondering what others have used to make them. Pics would be awesome.

This is on a 97 TJ.

i am going to start making my own here soon.

what i am planning is to use 2in tube with a 1/4in wall for the lower control arms and 1.5in tube with a 1/4in wall for the upper arms. i am going to use currie johnnie joints at both ends for max flex.

sorry i don't have pics but like i said i haven't started them yet.

I used 1.5" Sq .25" with 7/8" helm joints. I wanted 3/4" but the 7/8" was cheaper and bigger...i figured the bigger Joint the better

i used the helms for the frame mount and used the rubber leaf spring eye bushings on the axle..i went with the rubber bushing then the poly cuz my ride is one of my daily drivers and the rubber will absorb alot of the viberations..
