There's a friendly squirrel that lives around my house. He ate pretzel sticks out of my hand and let me pet his nose earlier today.

I used to have a pet squirl. A few actually. Till one bit me because my friends were thorwing rocks at it while I was petting it. Just to see if it WOULD bite me. It did.

Squirrels belong to the engineering family did you ever see one work a bird feeder.

That guy should get real friends that drink real beer and don't have pet rats with fat tails to watch over that nasty swill. Real men will have a woman that will buy enough beer so that you never run out, and bring it to you when your friends are over. :miff:

It is illegal to keep any wild animal incaptivity. Michigan law and federal laws would be violated if done so. Please keep the wild animals in the wild. If you want a pet squirrel find a petting zoo that may have some that you may purchase. Also if you keep an animal that is suppose to be in the wild you must have a permit for it. Please contact the DNR for more information on this.

I have a bunch of them in the back yard. I also go to war with them over the bird feeders. I think my next action will be a string on the wire holding them birdfeeders so I can shake them off the feeders when outside watching..:tonka:

yes they belong in the wild. but you can feed them and over time you may have them come up to you.

I know of no such law therefore I dont have to follow it.

Actually they were all outside and I was feeding them. Is it against the law to feed them peanut butter crackers? Thats how we tamed them. I am going to do it again. I miss those little fawkers.
