Yeah my t-case is clocked up too but I should still clear fine. Have you thought about running a driverside 6.0 manifold on the passenger side? That'd give you a nice front dump that'd be easy to crossover to the driverside under the oilpan. A lot of guys run them flipped around like that in order to fit twin turbo setups too.
Custom headers will be sweet for sure, just wanted to offer up a couple potential money-savine options I've come across.....if your build is anything like mine, all the nickel and dime stuff like headers adds up to be a killer.

I was just in there last week and Rich was telling me they were there. I was considering leaving a note on yours but thought I would behave. I kinda regret it. I'll be taking mine up next week. I'm anxious as hell!

correct me if im wrong but for optimal performance dont the header tubes need to be with in 5% in total length of each tube. tube number 7 is well out of spec it appears where it goes into the collecter that number 1.

you may notice a 5hp difference on the dyno, but that will never translate into anything you will notice on a trail rig

look at any stock manifold - that does not hold true. Manifolds pretty much are about packaging. Im sure these will out flow any manifold.

For a high horsepower application, equal length headers maybe a benefit...but this is far from that. Stock motor, stock reliability.

Looks nice john.

You could be correct on your numbers. But space is valueable
The person that is putting this together had many years with
Ford motor and builds many street rods with big inc motors.
I'm certain that they will perform well. Plus its a 6.0L i couldn't loose that much

ya i have read that the guy was a reputable builder in town but i would be concerened the the 6.0 will throw codes with the different lenth tubes. maybe im completely wrong. but it seems like something to consider. i did notice that space is a huge issue with this jeep. looks good though. i can tell that he has tig welded a header or 2 togather before at the flange. very nice job. looks to be great quality welds and design!

I hope it doesn't throw codes.

Headers look like crap, you should think about scraping them and putting in a 4.0L stroker.
