Default Blue Angels Crash

Blue Angels Crash: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070422/...ue_angel_crash

Any of our resident "free thinkers" want to criticize this guy?

He stayed with his ship and rode it away from the 1000s of spectators on the ground and was making for open water when he went in. It takes balls to stick with a broken F/A-18 when it would be so easy to punch out. It takes a professional to put the safety of others above oneself.

I'll bet he was a too.

God bless him and his.

Yes, he must of been a because he decided to try to not kill thousands of people, GW is a and look how many people he indirectly killed trying to save them.
Not only that it sucks that he died but man it was one of his FIRST air shows!!

Bad luck maybe but he did an awesome job avoiding as many civilians as he could. I feel for his family but what a way to go.

I doubt he was thinking about dying and he was also doing the coolest thing I can think of doing with a plane as being part of the blue angles so I would say that he had a pretty good life even if it was only for 32 years.

I had just recieved an email a few weeks ago with these pics: Just amazing what they can do. I have never been to one of their shows. I can only imagine how awesome it is.
I wonder who wins this battle?

Anyone know the name of the old sailing vessel? What a beauty, not many left.

I know that Walled Lake is a long way from Chicago but if you have kids (or just for yourself) you should think about coming here this summer to see the Chicago Water and Air show . . . it is simply amazing!!
