Default Yota truck maintenance.

Planning on doing some maintenance related thing to my '89 Truck this weekend. I wanted to change the plugs and wires. Also, all the fluids(oil, tranny, diff, etc...)

Question is, what tranny and diff fluid should I be using?

80-90 valvoline gear oil is what i used.
