i would reconsider where you have the jack on the tounge of the trailer it seems very close to the truck which may make putting the tailgate down impossible with the trailer on( i have dropped my fair share of tailgates onto trailer jacks) i would try and put it far enough back that even when the jack handle is point foward it will clear the tailgate.

He covered that on the POR postings. It does clear his tailgate, and he is probably going to replace the jack at some point. Something about he mail-ordered it and he got a sweet deal on it, but once he saw it, it really wasn't what he had in mind....

I have had no time to work on my trailer since the last update. I ordered my steel for my fenders, it came about a week late....

We are trying to get all of the x-mas orders out in time for x-mas. I am hoping to have some time in between x-mas and new years to get it done.

I am waiting on my snap on butane soldering iron to come in, then I can get started and get the wiring done. After that, I just need to put a deck on it. Hopefully I will get this thing done sooner then later!

Did you pre-run wires in the frame rails?

I am all set up to run them now. Last time I ran the wires too soon in my last trailer, and ended having to replace most of it anyways. So I Just made sure that was going to easy to get it in almost last.

Melted with welding? The trick I've always liked on running wires past where you are going to well it running a few steel "snake" wires and then pulling your real ones in after the fact. Just an idea

I rewired my last trailer in the fall before I sold it, it was not hard getting the wires run on that one.
