Default 05 Mustang GT premium in KY

I have to sell my wifes 2005 GT with 41000 highway miles to amke room for a terminator car. It's black with black leather interior, interior upgrade package, I believe every option in 05 with the exception of the side air bags and the shaker 1000. We bought it brand new and my wife drove from our new house in Louisville to Detroit every weekend for almost a year (hence the miles). It has never seen a winter, I think it saw snow once since it was down here and there was no accumulation. Last winter it was stored from October to April in a heated garage, this year it was only driven on days with no snow/ice on the roads. It has the premium ESP that is transferable to the new owner. I have changed the oil every 4-5k with mobile 1 and mobile 1 filter since the 2nd dealer completed oil change.
Here's the few sparce mods:
SLP loud mouths
Steeda tri-ax
K&N FIPK and Diablosport tuner (never even ran a 93 octane tune)
All of the stock parts are included.

Dealer offered $17,800, I am looking for $18,500 with all the spare parts included.

Let me be the first to ask.... what's a "terminator car"?

This one seems pretty nice though.

Good Luck
