Default Swamp stompers Tellico 06

Here are a few random photos from the Swamp stomper run in Tellico , Lots of body damage and a few minor mech. items were destroyed , plenty of fun and a little fear was had by all .

We ran Thursday , Friday , Saturday . A word of warning . If you have not been to Tellico before you may want to becareful of what trails you get onto . Trail # 12 called Hogs back is wicked , down hill from Helicopter pad is insain when done at night . Trust me

Doc Brad about to slide down a nasty rock ledge

Doc and Jesus at Faines Ford

Gordon on Guardrail

L rear of Grand , rock garden damage , bumps on the doors too

R rear of grand , nasty night run down hogs back Did lots of damage to that side , front door and this window and quarter panel mostely

Looks pretty exciting.

So what was the smallest rig there?

Everyone looks to have a least 35s or so . . .

All our rigs were 35s - 37s, most were on 36s. All had winches, most locked f/r, a couple were locked rear/LSD front.

Heres a few of mine, I'll post more tonight.

My ill-fated 1st try at helicopter pad:

The decent into lower 12:

Here's murph on helicopter pad. A better angle of how steep it is. There are several large ledges to climb beyond that, you can't see them in the pic. Its a nasty obstacle, none of the SWB jeeps made it past where Swampjeep is in the picture:

Gordon on the rock garden(Lower Trail 2) ... this looks like its going to hurt:

Yeah, it hurt...

Lowlock actually wheeling:

Schoolbus (also called slickrock)

Schoolbus when most of us went up(in the dark)

Guardrail:

Lowerng Grandman down upper part of 12

Upper section of the Rock Garden:
