Just got back from Easter Jeep Safari 2007. It was great!!!! The weather was in the high 70's low 80's all week. We ran Hell's Revenge, Metal Masher, Cliff Hanger and had a blast in town.

Open any 4x4 magizine if your not sure what Moab is all about.

On my way back thru Iowa, form MOAB. Ran Hell's, Flat Iron, Seven Mile, Klondike, Fins & Things, and a few others in there two. Just caught tail end of Jeep Week last weekend, crazy how many people show up in the little town of 3000. 20000 plus for jeep week. Some wicked lookin' trail rigs.

How big are the rigs that go? I'd love to go, but I have a feeling this is a "big jeep" (or other brand) run. Someone on the Rubicon owners forum was assured that a stocker will do most everything, but I dont want to be a pita.

I'm going back to MOAB in June with another group, I'll be heading out west somewhere in September, not sure where. I drove down and took a look at tater salad late one afternoon, wicked lookin'. No one was on it and I sure wasn't going to do it without a spotter.

BooGTS, 33's and rear locker will get you up most trails out there. I'm running 35's and rear locker, had no major problems, had others there with 33's and no lockers. Needed to strap them on a few obstacles. Really depends on trail your running, GS is tough, Hells is more scary than tough, same with Fins, FIM was easy after bypassing Easter Egg Hill. 7Mile was easy, Cliffhanger, Klondike all good...so you can play on alot of trails with stock vehicles, rocker protection and skid plates highly recommended.

If I drove my rig to Moab I would have to stop 8 times for gas, totally about $400! JUST ONE WAY!
